Holiday Packages
a. Package Offerings:
TravLux Holidays offers a variety of holiday packages, both national and international. These packages include guided tours, family holidays, honeymoon packages, adventure trips, luxury stays, and customized itineraries.
b. Customization:
Clients can customize their holiday packages based on their preferences for accommodation, activities, and duration of travel. Customization requests should be received at least 7 days prior to the intended departure date.
c. Booking Process:
Clients can book packages through our website, customer service representatives, or at authorized travel agents.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due 30 days before departure. For bookings made within 30 days, full payment is required.
Any cancellations made within 14 days of departure will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost.
d. Pricing & Payment:
All package prices include accommodation, transportation,guided tours, meals (if specified), and other inclusions as per the package description.
Clients may opt for additional services or upgrades (e.g., private transfers, premium accommodations) at extra costs.
All payments should be made in the local currency or as per the specified currency in the package details.
Visa Services
a. Visa Assistance:
TravLux Holidays provides visa assistance for clients traveling on both international and national holiday packages. Our team will guide clients through the visa application process, including document collection, application submission, and appointment scheduling where applicable.
b. Visa Requirements:
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they meet the visa requirements for their destination country. TravLux Holidays will provide a checklist of necessary documents based on the client’s nationality.
It is recommended that clients begin the visa application process at least 60 days before the intended travel date.
c. Processing Time:
Visa processing times vary depending on the destination country and the type of visa. TravLux Holidays will provide estimated processing times but cannot guarantee approval.
Any delays or issues with visa approval are the responsibility of the client, and TravLux Holidays is not liable for any such issues.
d. Refunds & Cancellations:
If a visa is denied, TravLux Holidays will refund the client’s payment for the holiday package (excluding non-refundable visa application fees and processing charges) provided the denial was not due to the client’s failure to provide accurate documentation.
If the client chooses to cancel the package after visa rejection, standard cancellation fees will apply.
Ticket Booking Services
a. Flight Bookings:
TravLux Holidays provides clients with flight booking services for both domestic and international travel. Flights will be booked based on availability and the client’s preferred schedule, with options for both economy and business class.
b. Ticket Changes & Cancellations:
Ticket bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline.
Any requests for changes or cancellations to flight bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the flight departure.
Clients are responsible for paying any fees associated with ticket changes, cancellations, or upgrades as per the airline’s policies.
c. Refund Policy:
Refunds for flight tickets are handled according to the airline’s terms. If the flight is canceled by the airline, a full refund will be provided.
In cases where a client voluntarily cancels their flight, refund eligibility is subject to the airline’s refund policy and may incur penalties or processing fees.
General Terms & Conditions
a. Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information for all bookings, including passport details, flight preferences, and special requests.
Clients must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
TravLux Holidays is not responsible for any travel disruptions caused by external factors such as weather, natural disasters, or government regulations.
b. Travel Insurance:
TravLux Holidays recommends all clients purchase travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, trip interruptions, lost baggage, and medical emergencies. Travel insurance is available for purchase through TravLux Holidays upon request.
c. Health & Safety:
Clients are required to comply with the health and safety regulations of their travel destination, including vaccinations and safety guidelines.
In the event of an emergency, TravLux Holidays will assist clients in contacting local authorities and health services.
d. Force Majeure:
TravLux Holidays shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this policy due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemics.
