1. General Information

1.1. TravLux Holidays is a travel agency that offers holiday packages, visa assistance, flight bookings, and related travel services for both domestic and international destinations.
1.2. These Terms apply to all bookings made with TravLux Holidays, whether through our website, phone, or authorized travel agents.
1.3. By using our services, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 or have legal authorization to act on behalf of someone under the age of 18 (for example, a child or dependent).

2. Booking a Holiday Package

2.1. To book a holiday package, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
2.2. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.3. Once the deposit is paid and confirmed, TravLux Holidays will send a booking confirmation email with details of your holiday package.

3. Payment & Pricing

3.1. Prices quoted for holiday packages, flights, and other services are in the currency specified at the time of booking.
3.2. Prices may fluctuate due to exchange rate variations, taxes, or changes from suppliers. TravLux Holidays will notify you if any changes to pricing occur after your booking.
3.3. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified by TravLux Holidays. All payments must be completed before the departure date.

4. Visa Services

4.1. TravLux Holidays provides visa assistance as part of its services. We assist you in gathering documents, completing applications, and submitting them to the relevant embassy. However, we are not responsible for the approval or rejection of your visa application.
4.2. The customer must ensure that the information provided for the visa application is correct and complete. Any delays or rejections due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the customer.
4.3. Visa processing fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
4.4. TravLux Holidays recommends that customers apply for visas well in advance, at least 60 days before their travel date.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify TravLux Holidays in writing (email is acceptable).
5.2. The following cancellation fees apply:
More than 30 days before departure: 20% of the total package cost.
14-30 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.
Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost.
5.3. If your visa is rejected by the relevant authorities, TravLux Holidays will refund the cost of the holiday package, minus non-refundable visa fees and administrative charges. This only applies if the rejection was due to issues that were not caused by the customer’s actions.
5.4. Refunds for unused portions of the holiday package are generally not provided unless specifically stated in the package details or as a result of a cancellation by TravLux Holidays.

6. Flight Bookings & Changes

6.1. TravLux Holidays can assist with flight bookings for domestic and international travel. Flight bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline.
6.2. Any changes or cancellations to flight bookings must be requested at least 48 hours prior to departure. Changes may incur additional fees as per the airline’s policies.
6.3. Refunds for flight tickets are subject to the airline’s terms and conditions. TravLux Holidays is not responsible for any fees, cancellations, or delays initiated by the airline.

7. Travel Insurance

7.1. TravLux Holidays recommends that customers purchase travel insurance to protect themselves from unexpected events such as cancellations, trip interruptions, or medical emergencies.
7.2. Travel insurance is not included in the holiday packages. However, we offer travel insurance products for purchase at the time of booking. Customers are advised to carefully review the terms of the insurance before purchase.

8. Customer Responsibilities

8.1. The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any required medical documentation, prior to departure.
8.2. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking. TravLux Holidays is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
8.3. The customer must comply with the rules and regulations of the destination country, including health and safety regulations. This may include vaccinations, COVID-19 guidelines, and customs laws.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. TravLux Holidays will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, government regulations, or pandemics.
9.2. In the event of a force majeure, TravLux Holidays will work with customers to provide alternative options where possible. However, refunds may not be possible for services that have been disrupted due to force majeure.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. TravLux Holidays is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to the customer or their property, including but not limited to loss of baggage, delays, or accidents during the holiday package.
10.2. TravLux Holidays is not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by external factors such as airlines, weather, or government actions.
10.3. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold TravLux Holidays harmless from any claims arising from their use of the services provided.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1. TravLux Holidays values your privacy. We collect and use your personal data only as necessary to provide our services, such as processing bookings and visa applications.
11.2. By using our services, you consent to our privacy policy and the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

12. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

12.1. TravLux Holidays reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our website or email. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
