What is the cancellation policy for holiday packages?
If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before departure, you will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of 20% of the total package cost. Cancellations within 14 days of departure will incur a fee of 50% of the total package cost.

What if I need to change my flight booking?
